The Pop Star Plays a Twisted Persona of Herself in Mockumentary First Look

The celebrated musician is gearing up for a major film presence in 2026, kicking off with the mockumentary titled The Moment.

In the film, Charli embodies what she describes as a twisted version of her own persona.

It’s the most authentic portrayal of the music industry that I’ve ever witnessed, Charli stated.

She further explained in an interview: It’s not a tour documentary, however the inspiration originated from the pressure to create one.

A Sneak Peek into The Project

The initial preview, released on this week, mixes real clips from her recent tour with made-up off-stage interactions.

The Moment is helmed and co-scripted by Aidan Zamiri, who explained that the plot focuses on a scenario where the artist took completely different paths in the promotion of her smash hit album Brat.

Additionally, she signed on to feature in the actress’s first film as director A Tree in Blue.

I’m thoroughly loving my acting journey, Charli stated. I feel very, very inspired at the moment in acting, and I always want to do roles that stimulate me.
